Cecil Meeks (cbmeeks) originally created the Turbo Scene Editor (formally called "Game Mapper") for the AMOS Pro extension Turbo Plus. Afterwards, cbmeeks worked with Ryan Scott of Playfield! newsletter to publish Turbo Scene Editor. Ryan also helped expand the editor as well.
