AMOS:Bug Not AND ´&´ on ´If´ instrucctions

Within an IF statement apparently not evaluated all the & (AND), and only the last run

Example

A$=A$+"If R0>5 & R0<9 Jump B;"

In this statement, if R0=20 Jump to the "B" was executed and should not make the jump
